Product Descriptions
Product descriptions and pictures are given as accurately as possible. It is possible that some products may differ slightly from those illustrated on the site due to manufacturer amendments.
Payment
Payment may be made online. We use the paypal system, however you DON'T need a paypal account to pay via this system. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro).
Delivery
We only offer a top class service; we aim to deliver within 3 working days. Your delivery may require a signature. You may choose to have your gift delivered to any address in the UK, and message from the sender (please put this in the special instructions section on your order). Delivery is £3.95. International delivery is at a flat rate of £10. The method of posting international orders will depend upon the size / weight of the order and destination.
Refunds
We hope that you will love your purchases but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all items originally received, along with proof of purchase, within 7 days in its original condition stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given less any postage costs. We recommend that you return your gift via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by us.
In the unlikely event that goods received are faulty please return to us with the original receipt within 30 days.

We hope to ensure that all products are available however on the rare occasion that this may not be the case; we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay or to see if we can provide you with an alternative.

Your personal information is held on a secure server and Livvy & Me will only use your personal information to process your order. We will not pass your details on to other parties unless required to in order to comply with laws or regulations of the Government or other relevant regulatory body.
